We’re delighted to announce the expansion of our social housing solutions through the acquisition of Manifest Software Solutions (“Manifest”).
Since we launched in October 2024, we’ve grown rapidly, gaining the technology and teams from six companies to help us achieve our position as a leading provider of data and software solutions for the UK public sector.
This latest acquisition brings in specialised capabilities in social housing systems integration to complement our existing solutions for the social housing market, including our CIPFA-approved Asset Management System and our energy analytics platform Sava Intelligent Energy. Together, they strengthen our ability to meet our mission of delivering efficient, technology-driven solutions that improve decision-making, streamline operations, and improve service delivery in the UK Public Sector.
Who is Manifest?
Established in 2015, Manifest is the UK’s leading provider of systems integration for the social housing sector, trusted by more than 60 councils and housing groups across the UK. They are the go-to partner for social housing organisations that want to integrate their systems reliably, efficiently, and with expert guidance.
Their integration platform, the Universal Adapter, underpins their technological solutions and connects major applications – including Dynamics and Salesforce – to reduce risks and simplify complex processes.
