Account Manager


This role sits within a fast-paced sales team and requires a motivated, commercially aware individual. You’ll be responsible for following up leads, converting them into sales, and managing renewals. You’ll build strong relationships with new and existing clients, using persuasive communication to promote our services. The role also involves growing and retaining accounts by introducing new solutions that add value.

We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently.

Team Leader – Account Management


The Account Management Team Leader oversees the performance and effectiveness of the team, providing guidance and support to colleagues. Acting as a senior contact and escalation point for key customers, you’ll ensure service standards and delivery expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Working closely with internal teams, you’ll support Account Managers, drive best practices, and improve processes, customer engagement, and service delivery. You’ll also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and using customer insights to help shape our approach.

We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to help deliver new products and support our Azure-based web applications. You’ll work across the full stack, apply modern .NET testing practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality software. This role suits someone who enjoys complex problem-solving and takes ownership end-to-end, with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in maths or physics.
