Sava Intelligent Energy is trusted by more than 220 housing providers across the UK, covering over 2.5 million homes. It is energy and carbon calculation software that takes data directly from your asset management system, so there is a single version of the truth, and it can calculate a result from a partial data set of around 15 to 20 items per property. That means you can analyse and report on your stock even where you do not hold a full EPC. The Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) and Reduced data Standard Assessment Procedure (RdSAP) calculation engines cover assessment, analysis and improvement modelling, and it integrates with the major asset management systems.
