It flags where two budgets are about to fund the same problem, puts a strategic choice such as a replacement boiler against an air source heat pump side by side while there is still time to decide, and aligns works like a roof replacement and solar panels into one visit. The result is a single mobilisation instead of two, across a stock where those savings add up.
Less manual planning
Rules and sequencing built in
Logic rules can apply energy improvements automatically alongside capital works, for example triggering insulation whenever a roof replacement is scheduled. The sequencing engine then works out the best timing for the remaining measures, so compliance targets are met across the whole stock.
