London (4th February 2025) – Four local authorities in the Gwent Regional Partnership—Monmouthshire, Blaenau Gwent, Newport, and Torfaen—have chosen Infoshare+ to deliver a Single View of Children across their councils. The organisations are already working collaboratively to enhance the health and wellbeing of their communities, and their embrace of this data-driven initiative marks a significant step forward.

Coordinated by Shared Resource Service (“SRS”), the project aims to identify children in need of support as quickly as possible, enabling more timely and effective interventions to improve outcomes for vulnerable children. To achieve this critical goal, they selected ClearCore, Infoshare+’s industry-leading technology, with the deal facilitated by Bramble Hub acting as the prime contractor. ClearCore has a longstanding and proven track record of delivering comprehensive Single Views of Children and Families for local authorities across the UK. The software’s intuitive setup ensures rapid deployment, with actionable insights expected as early as March 2025.

Steve Thorn, Executive Chair at Infoshare+, said:
“SRS are leading the way in demonstrating how public sector organisations can work together to leverage data for public good and create better outcomes for citizens.  The infrastructure they’re building enables all partners to safely and securely collaborate, and I’m proud that Infoshare+’s ClearCore technology plays such a crucial role. We’re privileged to be part of such a collaborative initiative that is going to make a real difference for communities within a matter of months.”

Matt Lewis, Chief Operating Officer at SRS, added:
“The solution we were seeking had to be scalable to support the ambitious goals of these authorities to expand their collaborative use of data and continually improve services. Infoshare+’s ClearCore stands out as a powerful, evidence-based tool, proven to produce reliable Single Views from complex and large volume datasets. It’s the perfect fit for this transformative project, which will grow and evolve from day one and improve the lives of our youngest and most vulnerable residents.”
