What is DTx?
Investigations case management for the public sector
DTx is Datatank’s cloud-based case management system for teams that investigate criminal and civil matters. It was first built for local authority counter fraud teams, and is now used by trading standards, enforcement, legal and audit teams across the public and private sectors.
Every DTx instance is configured around how your team works: your fields, your workflows, your letters and your reports. Investigators can manage a case from referral through evidence, enquiries and outcome in one place, with a full audit trail that supports compliance with the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (CPIA).
Training, support, data migration and new feature requests are all included in the licence, so the system keeps pace with your team as its needs change.
