Infoshare+ welcomes Ian Holden as new COO

We are pleased to announce that Ian Holden has joined the Infoshare+ Senior Leadership Team as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Over the past year, Infoshare+ has continued to grow and bring together specialist software and teams supporting local public services across the UK.
As we do that, we’re investing in the leadership and operational strength needed to keep delivery consistent, joined up, and focused on what really matters for our customers and the communities they serve.
Ian is a business leader in software and technology services, with extensive experience leading the sales and delivery of change across organisations. His work has focused on helping organisations modernise services, remove friction from day-to-day processes, and strengthen trust by improving service quality and experience.
Most recently, Ian was an Executive Director at Civica (2020–2025). But before that, he held senior roles across software and consulting businesses, including leadership positions where operating models, governance, and large change programmes were central to the job.
Ian will use his expertise and practical operational leadership skills to strengthen our day-to-day foundations across the group, so customers continue receiving a dependable, high-quality experience as Infoshare+ continues to grow.
Ian also brings deep experience in post-acquisition integration. This will keep our growth focused on helping to make life easier for the organisations we support. He will concentrate on turning scale into consistency, improving how we plan and deliver, and keeping us close to customer needs. Our goal is simple: to help more public sector teams run services that feel seamless to residents, carers, and frontline staff, backed by data and digital tools that support good decisions.
“I’m excited to join Infoshare+ at this pivotal stage of its growth journey. With the company’s strong reputation and Omni’s continued support in expanding our data solutions and software platform for the public sector, the potential for future success is limitless.”
Ian Holden, Chief Operating Officer at Infoshare+
